JAVTech Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned IT services company based in Victoria. We provide day-to-day technical support to homes, schools and small-to-medium businesses, and contract our technicians into organisations that need additional capacity.

We started JAVTech because good technical support was hard to find. Big providers were slow and impersonal, and the cheap option left problems half-fixed. We wanted a company that turns up, explains things clearly and finishes the job.
Today we handle everything from a family laptop and home Wi-Fi through to school networks, business servers, Microsoft 365 tenants, backups and domain hosting. Some clients use us as their entire IT department; others call us when something specific breaks.
We also work as a contractor. Schools, TAFEs and businesses bring us in for leave cover, device rollouts and project work, which keeps our technicians hands-on across a wide range of real environments — experience our support clients benefit from.
We're deliberately small. When you call, you speak to someone who knows your setup — not an account manager reading from a script.

Assess
We start by understanding what you run and how you work — devices, network, accounts, backups — then explain in plain English what needs attention and what can wait.
- Phase 02
Implement
We do the work: fixes, installs, migrations, network upgrades or a technician on-site. Agreed scope, agreed price, no surprise invoices.
- Phase 03
Revise
We stay involved. Monitoring, patching and regular reviews keep things stable, and everything we touch is documented so knowledge stays with you.
